Maitre d’ of the Restaurante La Sala dining hall; weddings, conventions, and events are placed in his capable hands at the Masia and are carried out to perfection.

He is responsible for the involvement that the restaurant has enjoyed among Bages’ network of business community.
 
His curriculum reflects:

• In 1981, 1st cocktail prize at the Bages gastronomic days festival.
• In 1982, 2nd cocktail prize at the Bages gastronomic days festival.

As co-owner of Restaurant La Sala, he has held various positions over the past few years:

• Ex-president of the hotel and catering guild in Bages.
• President of the Federació d'Empresaris de la Catalunya Central.
• Founding member of the “Cofradia de vins del Bages”.
• Member of “Los Caballeros de Vino”
