Currently, the Restaurant La Sala is co-owned by the Cots brothers, Salvador and Ramon. In March of 1982, these two brothers began the difficult task of placing themselves at the head of a restaurant and, with effort and sacrifice, achieved a name that means prestige and quality in the hotel and restaurant industry, both in the food they serve and in the wines available in their extensive cellar.
Salvador performs his role as host and sommelier, and he ensures good service for every dish prepared by his brother, Ramon, head chef.
The two brothers, one in the dining hall and the other in the kitchen, employ highly qualified and professional personnel that help to bring together the symbiosis of quality and good service. |
